What Tuner is
Tuner is a TV app for watching a LumaNest TV subscription: live channels with a TV guide, movies and series.
A LumaNest TV subscription is required. Tuner does not include or sell any channels or content. Subscriptions are sold on lumanest.tv, not in the app.
The channels, movies and series you see come from your subscription and can change over time. Buying, renewing and using your subscription are covered by the LumaNest TV terms of service and refund policy.
Your permission to use Tuner
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use Tuner on TVs and streaming devices you own or control, for your own, non-commercial viewing. This permission ends if you break these terms. Tuner’s software, name and branding belong to LumaNest TV; these terms don’t give you any other rights in them.
Using Tuner properly
- Use Tuner only to watch content you’re authorised to watch, such as your LumaNest TV subscription.
- Keep your line login private. Anyone with your login, or with a TV it’s saved on, can watch with it. Only approve a pairing code that’s on your own TV screen.
- Each device that’s watching uses one of your plan’s screens. Watching two channels at once (Multi View, where available) uses two.
- Don’t copy, sell, rent or redistribute Tuner, or the content you watch with it.
- Don’t try to get around your plan’s limits or the security of Tuner or the LumaNest TV service, and don’t reverse engineer Tuner except where the law allows it.
No in-app purchases
Tuner has no in-app purchases or ads. Plans, payments, renewals and refunds are handled on lumanest.tv under the LumaNest TV terms.
Updates and availability
We may update Tuner, add, change or remove features, or stop offering it on a platform. What works can depend on your TV model, its software version, your network and your subscription. App stores and TV makers may also change or remove apps under their own rules.
App stores and TV platforms
If you got Tuner from an app store or TV maker, such as Google Play, the Amazon Appstore, Samsung, LG or Roku, that store’s own terms also apply to your download. LumaNest TV, not the store or TV maker, is responsible for Tuner and its support.
Privacy

No warranty
To the extent the law allows, Tuner is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise that Tuner will work on every device, without interruption or without errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LumaNest TV isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of Tuner. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded or limited by agreement.
Stopping
You can stop using Tuner at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your permission to use Tuner if you break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above. If you keep using Tuner after a change, the updated terms apply.
